Here's what some of her cooking class students are saying:
"Words that come to me when I think of Miranda and her classes: sublime, exotic, holistic, fusion, fresh, healthy, yummy, viable, spiritual, serendipitous... I thought I knew vegetables, then went to Miranda's [Simply Vegetables] class - humbling - so much more to learn. It's a misnomer to call what she creates a 'cooking class'. The draw is the energy, nutrition info, healing knowledge, aromatherapy, connections, timing, anecdotes. Today's soup - one of the best I've ever had!" --Michelle, Naples, FL
"Miranda is a great chef and...has such a knowledge base and a variety of experiences. Thanks again!" --Laurie, Naples, FL
